I don’t know about you, but I’m still riding a chocolate high after a happy Halloween. Plus I’m more than a little excited for the upcoming holiday season! So lots of happy dancing going on. Thanksgiving is a big deal here – it’s five days of friend- and family-time overload as we pack in all the fun we can before many of us go our separate ways for Christmas. Since we’re almost cleaned up after the hurricane – finally – I’m eager to kick back and relax for a long holiday weekend this month.
Top 5 Things I’m Looking Forward To In November! (in no particular order)
1) The writing! I have a great new project on tap for this month and it is really keeping me engaged which is a wonderful feeling!
2) TIMELESS CHANGES is now available! This next installment of the Knight Traveler series features Sir Kay of Camelot who is headed for an epic 21st century showdown with Mordred in a quest to fulfill the pledge he made to King Arthur in the 6th century!
Readers and reviewers have been raving about this series – which is always a fabulous feeling for the author. 😀
3) Thanksgiving! The turkey, the casseroles, the mashed potatoes – and of course the family and friends who will be here to celebrate with us.
4) Brilliant Son will be home for Thanksgiving break. I haven’t seen him since August and I can’t wait for the big bear hug when he arrives.
5) Cooler weather – Bandit loves romping on cool autumn mornings and it is always a bright spot in my day to be outside with him before he settles into the writer assistant spot behind my desk chair.
Live the adventure!
