Question: Hey Regan, do you do reader events? Where can I get signed books?
Answer: If you’re not up for watching that four minute video above (trust me, I get it)… the answers are no, I don’t do reader events and signed books are only available through giveaways in my reader group on Facebook and in my newsletter. (Links to join one or both are below)
One of my recent winners reminded me that a signed book was, in itself, a fabulous prize. I’m not sure when I forgot that, but I’m happy that she made me think. And more importantly, that she made me think of more ways to connect with readers who love the books I write.
Reader events – which I LOVED to do in the past aren’t an option anymore. Due to my currently irreversible back condition, the doctors have told me travel is out of the question. The silver lining is that staying home leaves me more time for dreaming up new characters, communities, and adventures.
It also means I’ll be seeking more ways to get signed books and bookplates to the readers who want them. Everyone wins!
