June arrived here with the first real thunderstorms of summer (apparently in a wet impersonation of a March roar). While the noise doesn’t bother our greyhound Bandit, the downpour impedes his romping time. “Luckily” he makes lemonade out of lemons and goes mudding through the puddles the moment the skies are clear.
Between mopping up muddy dogprints Debra Webb and I celebrated the release of TO HONOR AND TO PROTECT, our new novel from Harlequin Intrigue featuring The Specialists: Heroes Next Door!

You’ll laugh, but I had the best little new release booksigning at my chiropractor’s office last week. They take such good care of me and they are all wonderful about helping me celebrate these milestones along the way.
