It’s May and we’re into the heart of spring in this part of the country. After weeks of dealing with the worst spring allergies I’ve experienced in a decade, my voice still hasn’t recovered. Meaning, I continue to sound like a frog imitating Kathleen Turner, so another collage rather than the videos I prefer.
So here, in no particular order, are the top 5 things I’m looking forward to in May!
1) Kentucky Derby – our daughter is home and treating us to her first attempt at Hot Brown sandwiches, a derby tradition from Churchill Downs.
2) Connecting with romantic suspense fans at the new Addicted to Danger author-reader group on Facebook! Love romantic suspense? Stop by and join us! Addicted to Danger is hosting a special May Day giveaway too!
3) Mother’s Day crepes! It’s a tradition my amazing husband started right after our daughter
4) Colton P.I. Protector is my May release and my 5th book with Harlequin Romantic Suspense, so we’ll be happy dancing all month long! Special thanks to everyone who has left reviews, ecouragement, and otherwise helped me reach this wonderful milestone!
5) Indy 500! Another day full of fond memories and traditions in our family. You can be sure we’ll be tuned in from the moment pre-race coverage starts to the victory lap!
Be sure to leave a comment and share what you’re looking forward to this month!
Live the adventure!
