Candybar Cookies

Ingredients

1 (15-18 oz) box yellow cake mix

2 eggs, beaten

1/3 cup vegetable oil 

1 to 1-1/2 cup chopped candy bars (Snickers, Hershey, Reeseā€™s cups, etc. Use your favorite!)

Directions 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan and set aside. 

Beat eggs lightly in a small bowl. In a larger bowl (I use a stand mixer), combine cake mix, beaten eggs, and oil. Blend well. Stir in chopped candy. 

The batter will be very thick! 

Press batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Be patient – using a spatula helps a bunch.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. 

Cut into bars and enjoy!
