Writer Wednesday #10

Today’s writing encouragement is based on this quote from Michelangelo, “The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and missing, but in setting our aim too low, and reaching our mark.”

If you have a big dream as a writer, you have the means to reach it. That’s why it’s your dream. Don’t be intimidated by what you haven’t done yet or by what you need to learn. Everyone starts somewhere.

Thinking big takes practice and deliberate effort. I recommend connecting with a writing community to help you learn and grow as a writer and to learn how to dream bigger for your writing. You can also use journaling time to find out what matters most to you and expand your expectations for yourself.

Write well and live the adventure!
